Signing in with an email link

How it works

Earth Ablaze accounts don't use passwords. You enter your email address and we send you a sign-in link. One account works in every Earth Ablaze game, and if you haven't got one yet, signing in makes it.

You never need an account to play. You need one to buy something. Some games still handle sign-in and purchases on their own site for now, so check that game's articles too.

Using the link

  • The link works once and expires after 15 minutes.
  • Open it in the same browser you asked from and you're signed in straight away.
  • If you open it in a different browser, you'll be asked to confirm before it signs you in.
  • Your sign-in lasts 30 days, or until you sign out.

The email hasn't arrived

Wait a few minutes, then check your spam folder. Sign-in emails come from signin@earthablaze.com. If it's still not there, check the address you typed and ask for a new link.

If you ask for a lot of links in a short time, you'll be told how long to wait before you can ask again. That limit stops anyone flooding an inbox.

The link says it's used or expired

Each link works once and only for 15 minutes. Ask for a new one from the sign-in page.

Keep your inbox to yourself

A sign-in link works for whoever opens it. Don't forward sign-in emails, and don't paste a sign-in link into a support request.

Signing out

You can sign out of one browser, or use Sign out everywhere on your account page at https://accounts.earthablaze.com/account. That ends every sign-in your account has, on every browser and in every game. Games ask you to sign in again within a minute. Use it if you've lost a phone or signed in on a shared computer.

Other email

Sign-in links are the only email Earth Ablaze accounts send. There are no newsletters and no marketing.
