The Daily Front and the leaderboard

How the ten-day Daily Front works in Operation 38th Parallel, which run is your ranked one, how the leaderboard is ordered, and how to submit a score.

Updated · Play Operation 38th Parallel

What it is

The Daily Front is the first ten days of the war, the same for everyone who plays on the same UTC date. A new front opens at midnight UTC. Start it from the start screen; Today's leaderboard shows the board without playing.

It's free, and nothing in it can be bought. Allied forces packs never appear in the Daily Front.

One ranked run a day

The first Daily Front you start on a date, on a device, is your ranked run. Later runs that day are practice, and the start screen says so. Practice runs can't be submitted.

  • A Daily Front run isn't saved, and your saved campaign isn't touched by it.
  • The game remembers which days' ranked runs you've used in your browser. Clearing the site's data forgets them.

How scores are ordered

At the end of the ten days the debrief shows your losses, the civilian casualties against what the plan expected, the ground lost and the guns you silenced.

The leaderboard puts the lowest losses first (civilian casualties and ground lost, against the plan; the plan scores 50), then the most guns silenced. Each row shows the commander's name, losses, guns silenced and grade.

Submitting your score

After a ranked run, type a name of up to 20 characters and press Submit score. It's anonymous: only the name you choose is shown, so pick one that doesn't identify you. You'll see your place on that day's board.

If the board can't be reached, try again in a moment. If a score still won't submit, contact support with the date and what the screen said.
